1. The Contract between us.
a) Payment in full must be received before your order is accepted by us and the goods despatched.
b) Payment can be made via Pay Pal, Cheque or cash on collection.
c) On average, delivery time is usually 2 weeks from receipt of payment however, delivery times depend on stock availability.
d) If stock is not available, you will be advised of a new delivery time scale, or if the item is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative product if there is one available (as possibly a different price) which you are under no obligation to accept.
2. Cancellations and Returns.
a) You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt of your goods to you. To do this you MUST notify us in writing via email@example.com by the specified time scale above.
b) You are under no obligation to give a reason for your cancellation but a brief explanation would help us to improve the goods/service that we offer to customers in the future.
c) If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense via a 'Signed for' delivery method and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
d) If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may charge you for this/these items and deduct it from your refund.
e) This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.
f) We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
3. Faulty Goods and Liability
a) Once the goods have been received by you, if there is a problem, please contact us and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
c) If you do notify us in writing by the specified time scale, our obligation will be:
To make good any shortfall in your order
to replace any goods that are faulty or to refund you the amount of the goods by way of original payment method
to collect the faulty goods from you
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or expense arising out of, under or in connection with the contract between us and we have no liability to pay any monies by way of compensation other than to refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
4. Delivery of Goods
a) We will deliver the goods ordered by you, to the address you supplied when placing the order.
b) Average delivery time is 2 weeks from receipt of payment, however this time scale may change for the better or worse for various reasons, however you will be notified
c) All deliveries will be sent via a delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt.
d) Once the goods have left our premises we will not e liable for their loss or destruction, however, in this event we will make every effort to assist you to recover your loss.
e) we cannot guarantee any delivery date but we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
5. Entire Agreement
These conditionals, together with our current website prices, delivery time scales, contact details, set out in the whole of our contract relating to the supply of goods/services to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person or representative on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these conditions.
We do not accept any responsibility to person/persons or bike, for accidents occuring when racing or on the road.
7. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your order. we may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same Terms & Conditions will apply to any future orders.
